There are two time modes programmed into Kisai Xtal Wood. The first is regular mode and displays time in a row of four stylized hexagonal LED digits. The second mode is cryptic mode. To outsiders these LED shapes look like an alien code but are in fact the same digital numbers with the middle line removed. The 8 is an exception but it’s easy to learn.

The date and alarm time is shown in the same way and you can choose 12 or 24 hour time mode. Like all wood watches from Tokyoflash Japan, Kisai Xtal Wood has been carefully crafted from 100% natural wood in very limited quantities.

The watch has an adjustable strap and weighs just 72 grams, a lightweight watch design suitable for small and large wrists. A clear coating has been applied to Kisai Xtal Wood for protection and durability. The watch is USB rechargeable which means you’ll never have to change the battery. To recharge, connect to your computer with the USB cable provided.
